SHARE is now welcoming members. Anyone over 16 who lives, works or owns land in South Hill Parish can join as a member for £1 and buy one share for £1. An application form is available:

Membership application forms were available just in time for the recent Fun Day in Golberdon, so SHARE had a stand at which members could join.

Buying a £1 share entitles each member to a vote. As a Community Benefit Society we have to have rules.  You can read the  SHARE Registration and Rules here. You will see that it is “One member, One vote”, so please join and have your say.

There will be an open public meeting in the Parish Hall, Golberdon on Thursday 27th August at 7.30pm where there will be an update on how SHARE has got to where it is now. You will be able to find out what SHARE has already achieved and discuss informally over a cup of coffee what we do next. All will be welcome, particularly if you were initially interested and haven’t been to a meeting for a while. There will be an opportunity to ask any questions and  membership application forms will be available.

On Tuesday 22nd September, the members of SHARE will meet for an Extraordinary General Meeting. This is when everyone who has bought a share will be entitled to vote. Please don’t come to this meeting expecting to apply for membership and to take part. This will not be possible.
