The long awaited meeting on setting up our legal structure will be on Tuesday 10th February at 7.00pm, in the Parish Hall.

We will be joined by Paul Martin, Executive Director of Community Power Cornwall, who lives and breathes Co-ops and community structures. Some of this can be quite technical so Paul has asked us to do some homework before the meeting. There are two documents that Paul would like us to read which are on the SHARE page of the South Hill Connection website.  If you can’t find these documents or don’t have access to a computer, please give me a ring on 382397. The good news is that we only need to do this once!

Please note that the main room of the Parish Hall is booked for another meeting. We are meeting in the small meeting room, accessible through the kitchen. Paul has advised me to allow 3 hours for the meeting which is why we will be starting promptly at 7.00pm, but there will be refreshments.
