On our own doorstep, between Golberdon and Pensilva, we visited this fascinating zero carbon house built using local timber, traditional methods and lots and lots of sheeps’ wool insulation.
Tony Hill and family opened up the house and provided cakes and cream teas to raise money for the earthquake crisis in Nepal. Tony showed groups around the property and explained all the different techniques used to make it a sustainable and eco-friendly home.
