Councillor Dennis Hicks, chairman of South Hill Parish Council, is the first to undertake training which will enable him to add News and Events to the South Hill Connection website.

After a long day on the farm, culminating in milking ?? cows, Dennis was still able to find the energy to learn the basics of the WordPress Dashboard, the distinction between pages and posts, and most important of all… how the Parish Council agendas and minutes are added to the Parish Council page.

As you know, South Hill Connection is not a Parish Council venture, but our purpose is to provide a platform for all Parish groups (and some further afield), as well as entertainment and information for all.

South Hill Connection salutes Dennis’s “can-do” attitude. We hope he and other councillors will be able to post many newsworthy items here on behalf of the Council.
