1st March 25 We have won the PLAYGROUND CONTEST for Brunel school, Saltash
We sent TERRACYCLE just over ONE TONNE of plastic, made up of food containers, lunch boxes, reusable drinks bottles. That’s over 100 boxes weighing 10kg each. We earned points for every kilogram sent, translating into £1,148 to be paid directly to our nominated charity KICKS COUNT, dedicated to reducing UK’s stillbirths.
An amazing achievement !! Thank you to everyone that had a kitchen clear out for us and helped in so many ways.
Full list of items that you can recycle:
- The manufacturers that sponsor the programmes dictate what can be accepted.

- Please sort items into the different programmes, not all mixed together. Bring to a drop off where we can help you.
If you are closer to Redruth, check out https://www.upcyclekernow.org/
Remember its not the packet it’s what was in the packet that is important, its the manufacturers that give money to our charities .
