At the Callington Crafts and Produce Show in August this year, one of the classes was a Local Limerick.  Shirley Morse entered and won First Prize with this little gem:

A Callington lass, known as Lil,

Decided to live on Kit Hill.

She bought a big tent

And up there she went

And, as far as I know, she’s there still.
